At Arludo, I design marketing posters, digital ads, and motion assets to drive downloads for mobile STEM education games. Alongside daily growth design, I also created the sub-brand logo, game identity, and promotional collateral for their road safety collaboration with VicRoads.

ARLUDO CASE STUDY | MARKETING & GROWTH DESIGN
BRAND OVERVIEW Arludo designs mobile/desktop video games that turn complex STEM curriculums into interactive play. I design the visual communication across paid acquisitions, campaign motion, and classroom print to scale student and educator adoption. The main challenge is making science look as fast-paced as mbile gaming.

PERFORMANCE MARKETING Focus: Visual hooks engineered for high-intent scroll stops. __ Science education often has the reputation of feeling dry or overly academic. __ I built high-velocity ad sets across Meta and Google Ads, pairing playful game art with clean, punchy typographic hierarchy. __ Direct calls-to-action and clear visual contrasts kept click-through rates high across parent, teacher, and student demographics.

MOTION DESIGN IN ADS Focus: Engineering kinetic gameplay videos for short-attention feeds __ Designed hook-first video ads tailored for vertical and square mobile feeds. __ We focused on gameplay speed, visual effects, and sound cues to explain the core mechanics within the first three seconds. __ Templated the formats of videos to allow rapid A/B testing across different hooks and messaging angles.

CLASSROOM & ENVIRONMENTAL PRINT __ Extended digital game worlds into print posters for classrooms, expos, and partner events. __ Balanced playful game screen mockups with scannable scientific facts that teachers could use as active learning aids. __ Ensured robust color accuracy and legibility across large-scale physical production runs.

COLLABS & PARTNERSHIPS Arludo doesn't just make classroom apps; they also partner with outside organizations to tackle bigger challenges. The goal was to take our bright, game-first style and adapt it for serious, real-world topics without losing the fun. That led to some big collaborations with Future You project and SnowyHydro, and our biggest one yet, teaming up with VicRoads on a road safety game.

VICROADS CHALLENGE: VicRoads needed an interactive mobile experience to train younger audiences on real-time hazard perception and road instincts. The objective was to avoid the dry tone of tradtional driver handbooks while retaining serious educational value. I stepped in to develop the core identity, user-facing visuals, and campaign collateral for the project.

IDENTITY & LOGO: ARLUDO x VICROADS __ Developed the official game logo, extracting geometry from road signage, lane markings, and digital speedometers. __ Designed the mark to work across small-scale app icons, high-contrast UI screens, and large presentation decks.
Graphic Assets & Campaign Rollout: Designed graphic assets and standardized asset exports to streamline developer handoffs. Also rolled out launch assets across web banners, social announcements, and partner collaterals.

MOTION IDENTITY & GAME TEASERS __ Produced dynamic gameplay teaser reels showing hazard perception decisions and reaction time challenges. __ Created separate reels for each mini games within "What's your Road IQ?", and templatising them for A/B testing.
